-Warranty

* The purchase invoice is the guarantee for all your purchases.

* Invoice and product carton are a prerequisite for warranty.

* Products warranty is the agent.

* Some products have a two-year warranty, some products have a one-year warranty, and some products have an operating warranty.

* Products that have a warranty and do not have an agent or their company is not available in the Kingdom, so the warranty is with us.

* Regarding the SIM cards, if any problem occurs in the future, the company is responsible for the malfunction and will be contacted for repair, not us (STC - Mobily - Zain - Friendi - Virgin - Lebara - Jawwy - Salam - Red Bull - Go). Our mission ends after the SIM card or device is registered in the customer’s name on the package selected by the customer.


Terms and Conditions:

To obtain warranty services, please attach the original purchase invoice and product carton to the agent.


Warranty is valid from the date of purchase of the product.


-The warranty does not include:

Malfunctions due to customer negligence, either through incorrect use or storage not in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, such as exposure to sunlight or heat, natural disasters, malfunctions due to the use of other incompatible or low-quality accessories, malfunctions due to falling or violent vibration, exposure of the product to dust, dirt, water, liquids, excessive humidity, or the product being deliberately opened by the customer or unauthorized maintenance centers, or the wires being cut.


-Warranty does not include

Screen stickers and protection stickers after use

Except those mentioned with a warranty.

For customers outside Sabya:

In the event of a product malfunction in the future, it will be shipped to our address in Sabya at the customer’s expense. We are not obligated to replace or repair if the warranty conditions are not met, and the product will be returned at the customer’s expense.

If the product is repaired or changed by us, it will be sent to the customer’s address at our personal expense.


-Exchange and return

  • The customer has the right to return or exchange the order within 7 days of receiving it, provided that all of the following conditions are met.
  • To benefit from the return and exchange services, you must bring the original invoice.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when purchased, in its original packaging, and unused for products that come without a packaging.
  • Returns or exchanges of products are accepted within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is packaged in the original factory packaging, unopened, and unused at all, with the exception of excluded products (recharge cards and chips, as the order cannot be canceled at all after activation). The customer bears all shipping costs there and back.
  • For SIM cards, recharge cards, digital products, and subscriptions, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged (for SIM cards, after activating the SIM card or subscription, cancellation is absolutely impossible).
  • If you wish to exchange or return a product that is free of defects or manufacturing faults, the customer will bear the shipping costs back and forth.
  • Receiving the shipment from the shipping company constitutes an acknowledgment from the customer that the shipment (carton) is intact and in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.
  • The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of receipt, and the purchase invoice that arrived with the shipment must be presented.
  • Customers have the right to cancel their order before the shipment is delivered to the shipping company. The amount will be refunded to their account upon request, provided they notify us sufficiently in advance so that their request can be reviewed and cancelled due to the large number of messages, calls, and pressure. (The refund process takes 1-15 business days.)
  • If the customer cancels the order after the product has been shipped, only the product amount will be transferred and the round-trip shipping costs will be deducted (after the product is received from the shipping company). This takes up to 30 working days from the product shipping date shown in the text message to the customer’s mobile phone. The order is canceled by contacting us on WhatsApp at our number 0580920433.
  • In the event of an error in the order on the customer's part, the customer shall bear the full shipping cost (round trip)
  • In the event of an error in the order from the store, the store will bear the full shipping cost (round trip).
  • If the customer does not receive the shipment and it is returned by the shipping company, the customer bears the shipping cost (round trip). If the customer requests the product to be shipped again, the customer bears the shipping cost.
  • You can also exchange or return through the main branch after fulfilling the conditions above.

- An order or part of an order cannot be returned if the payment was made via Tabby, Tamara, Apple Pay, Mada, STC Pay, credit card, Visa, or MasterCard. This is unless the customer bears the (payment fees*) for the order or part of the order. This fee will be transferred to the account of the Express Enjaz Telecom store, or deducted from the payment method and the remaining amount will be returned.

If there is an error in the order from the store or if a product is out of stock, the store will bear all fees.

The store has the right to cancel orders if they are not available in stock or if there is an error in the pricing.

The promotional offer cannot be returned or exchanged.

Purchases made with vouchers or credit cards cannot be returned for cash.

In the event that the product is returned for any reason, the customer will be refunded the product value only, excluding shipping fees or any other costs.

- If the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the amount refunded until it arrives at the Express Communications warehouse.

- If the product malfunction is due to misuse, it is not covered by the warranty and the customer bears any costs, and we are not obligated to repair it at all.
